I made this silk ribbon embroidery several years ago after watching a TV show use this technique to enhance a quilt. I bought the book "Learn To Do Ribbon Embroidery In Just One Day" by De Selby. The instructions were easy to follow and I enjoyed putting all the stitches I learned into this one bouquet.

ReplyDeleteThis was in 1997 and 1998 when I lived in Redding Connecticut, they had a great quilting store I would visit often in the nearby town of Bethel, it's where I bought my book and silk ribbon.
